However, we understand that issues may occasionally arise. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which you may request a refund or initiate a return of service.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

  • Cancellation of a paid order before dispatch or pickup.

  • Delay in delivery exceeding 10 business days from the estimated delivery date (excluding force majeure events).

  • Proven loss, damage, or non-delivery of cargo caused by our negligence.

  • Duplicate payments or overcharges due to system or human error.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Services already rendered (e.g., completed transport or clearance).

  • Delays caused by customs clearance, recipient unavailability, or incorrect shipment details.

  • Force majeure events such as natural disasters, strikes, or political instability.

 2. Service Return or Rebooking

If a service was booked in error or needs to be rescheduled:

  • You must contact us within 24 hours of booking.

  • Rebooking or changes may be made subject to availability and additional fees.

  • Charges incurred for initial bookings may be non-refundable, especially if processing has begun.

 3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or return:

  2. Provide your booking or tracking number, proof of payment, and reason for the request

  3. Our team will review your request within 3–5 business days

If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

4. Disputes & Resolution
